Celebrating your mom figures in all forms. This creation was developed by our Chef Chocolatier Nico and inspired by the Sakura flower season, this chocolate creation is made with a semi-dark chocolate, filled with a vanilla & lemon sponge cake with a creamier version of our classic chocolate brigadeiro 54% and an artisanal raspberry coulis.

Shelf life / Storage: room temperature in a cool and dry place between 7 days, 12 days in the fridge in the original box or in a sealed container.
